Voor deze uitdagende opportuniteit als administratief bediende douane kom je terecht in een dynamische en internationale werkomgeving waar samenwerking centraal staat. Als administratief bediende douane maak je deel uit van een hecht team binnen een groeiende organisatie met een familiaal karakter.

Jobomschrijving

  • In jouw rol als administratief bediende douane ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en opvolgen van klantendossiers van A tot Z.
  • Als administratief bediende douane zorg je voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van alle douanedocumenten, inclusief invoer- en uitvoerformaliteiten en dossiers voor transport richting het Verenigd Koninkrijk.
  • Je fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt tussen interne afdelingen en externe instanties zoals douaneautoriteiten en havenorganisaties.
  • Daarnaast sta je in voor prenotificaties van specifieke goederen en bewaak je mee de naleving van alle regelgeving.
  • Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en gestructureerde aanpak verlopen processen vlot en efficiënt.
  • Voor deze functie als administratief bediende douane zoeken we iemand met een sterke administratieve basis en een interesse in logistiek en internationale handel.
  • Als administratief bediende douane beschik je bij voorkeur over een bachelor in een relevante richting.
  • Kennis van douaneprocessen en relevante software is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office en communiceert professioneel in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Verder ben je flexibel, nauwkeurig en stressbestendig.
  • Je denkt graag mee over verbeteringen en automatisaties van processen en blijft op de hoogte van nieuwe regelgeving.
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht en neemt verantwoordelijkheid in je werk.
