Ben jij administratief sterk en heb je interesse in douane, logistiek en internationale goederenstromen?

In deze functie krijg je de kans om dossiers van A tot Z op te volgen en een belangrijke schakel te zijn tussen klanten, interne teams en verschillende havenautoriteiten.

Je komt terecht in een groeiende internationale omgeving waar jouw nauwkeurigheid, verantwoordelijkheidszin en interesse in douane echt gewaardeerd worden

Wat ga je doen? Als administratief bediende douane ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte opvolging van douanedossiers en administratieve processen. Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Je volgt klantendossiers volledig op van A tot Z.
  • Je maakt douanedocumenten op en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling van goederenstromen.
  • Je behandelt documenten voor in- en uitklaringen van goederen, onder andere richting het Verenigd Koninkrijk.
  • Je verzorgt de administratie rond containers en internationale transporten.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt tussen interne afdelingen en externe partners.
  • Je ondersteunt collega's met jouw kennis over douaneprocessen.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met douane, FAVV en andere havenautoriteiten.
  • Je verzorgt prenotificaties voor goederen met dierlijke oorsprong.
  • Je bewaakt mee de naleving van wettelijke verplichtingen en procedures.
  • Je denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen en automatisatie.

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een bacheloropleiding logistiek management of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt interesse in douane en internationale handel.
  • Kennis van douane en ervaring met douanesoftware zoals CAS is een sterke troef.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een sterk administratief inzicht.
  • Je bent analytisch en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je kan vlot werken met MS Office.
  • Kennis van SAP of een ander ERP-systeem is een pluspunt.
  • Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bent bereid om jouw kennis over douanewetgeving continu bij te houden.
