The posting

FluxGO vzw, een sociaal-economiebedrijf in Borsbeek is op zoek naar een nauwkeurige, veelzijdige en flexibele administratief medewerker die graag administratief werk op het kantoor combineert met verplaatsingen naar verschillende poetslocaties.

Je werkdag start om 7.15 uur (hier kan niet van afgeweken worden). Je volgt de opstart van de poetsmedewerkers op en monitort hun aanwezigheids- en werkregistratie. Je biedt administratieve ondersteuning aan de verantwoordelijke van de poetsdienst en zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse werking vlot verloopt.

Daarnaast ben je regelmatig aanwezig op verschillende poetslocaties. Je voert controles uit op de poetskwaliteit en kijkt erop toe dat medewerkers de nodige veiligheidskledij en persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen correct dragen. Wanneer er zich problemen of afwijkingen voordoen, onderneem je actie en zoek je mee naar een passende oplossing.

Af en toe vervoer je medewerkers naar de verschillende poetslocaties. Een rijbewijs B is daarom verplicht.

We zoeken iemand die zeer stressbestendig is en ook tijdens hectische momenten het hoofd koel kan houden. Je ziet werk, neemt initiatief en wacht niet af tot iemand je vertelt wat er moet gebeuren. Je bent proactief, ondernemend en oplossingsgericht en durft actie te ondernemen wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.

Je werkt nauwkeurig en kunt nieuwe taken voldoende snel verwerken en aanleren. Je staat open voor nieuwe uitdagingen en ervaart bijleren als een kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

Een grondige kennis van Microsoft Office, waaronder Excel, Word en PowerPoint, is een vereiste. Je werkt vlot met administratieve systemen en hebt oog voor detail.

Kortom: we zoeken iemand die administratief sterk is, graag tussen de mensen staat en verantwoordelijkheid durft nemen. Iemand die zowel achter de computer als op de poetslocaties zijn of haar mannetje kan staan en mee zorgt voor een vlotte, kwalitatieve en professionele werking van de poetsdienst.

Algemene vereisten:

Goede administratieve competenties en voldoende kennis van EXCEL, WORD, ... zijn noodzakelijke voor deze functie!

Enthousiasme uitstralen en kunnen omgaan met drukkere werkmomenten.

Leergierig zijn.

Kunnen samenwerken met iedereen.
