Onze klant is een internationale logistieke dienstverlener die dagelijks zorgt voor een vlotte goederenstroom binnen Europa en daarbuiten. Dankzij hun sterke netwerk en focus op kwaliteit vormen zij een belangrijke schakel binnen de wereld van transport, warehousing en supply chain.

Jouw uitdaging

Als Administratief Medewerker Douane & Groupage ondersteun je de dagelijkse werking van de afdeling en zorg je ervoor dat alle administratieve processen correct en tijdig worden uitgevoerd.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een nauwkeurige opvolging van dossiers en draagt bij aan een vlotte verwerking van nationale en internationale goederenstromen.

Jouw takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Verwerken en controleren van transport- en douanedocumenten.
  • Administratief ondersteunen van de groupage- en douaneactiviteiten.
  • Opvolgen van zendingen en dossiers van A tot Z.
  • Correct registreren van gegevens in interne systemen.
  • Communiceren met klanten, transporteurs en interne afdelingen.
  • Opvragen, beheren en controleren van noodzakelijke documentatie.
  • Ondersteunen bij douaneformaliteiten en administratieve procedures.
  • Signaleren en oplossen van administratieve afwijkingen.

PROFIEL

  • Je beschikt over een diploma binnen administratie, logistiek, supply chain of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent sterk administratief onderlegd en houdt van structuur.
  • Je hebt interesse in internationale logistiek en douaneprocessen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en klantgericht.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met MS Office en digitale systemen.
  • Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband.
  • Kennis van transport, logistics, douane of expeditie is een pluspunt.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
