Sterke administratieve vaardigheden en interesse in logistieke processen vormen de basis voor deze functie als administratief bediende planning / planning assistent in de regio Ieper. Binnen een dynamische transport- en logistieke omgeving wordt de planning ondersteund en geoptimaliseerd.

Nauwkeurige gegevensverwerking, vlotte communicatie en een gestructureerde aanpak zorgen voor een efficiënte dagelijkse werking van de dispatch- en planningsafdeling. Deze functie biedt doorgroeimogelijkheden richting dispatcher.

Wat ga je doen: - Transportopdrachten registreren, bevestigen en opvolgen via telefoon, e-mail en digitale boekingssystemen. - Fungeren als eerste administratief en operationeel aanspreekpunt voor klanten en interne diensten. - Beheren van de planningsmailbox en prioriteiten correct inschatten en verwerken. - Dagelijks afstemmen met planners en dispatchers om een correcte en efficiënte planning te garanderen. - Transportgegevens en dossiers nauwkeurig verwerken in interne systemen zodat alle partijen over correcte informatie beschikken. - Ondersteunen bij ad-hoc wijzigingen en operationele vragen binnen de planning. - Meewerken aan een vlotte informatiestroom tussen klanten, chauffeurs en interne afdelingen. Bachelor in een administratieve richting, office management of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands; basiskennis Frans en Engels is een pluspunt. Ervaring in administratie, customer service of logistieke ondersteuning is een troef. Starters met sterke motivatie en leergierigheid komen zeker in aanmerking. Vlot werken met computersystemen; kennis van ERP-systemen zoals Navision is een extra pluspunt. Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden met een klantgerichte en professionele houding. Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werken, ook bij drukte en wisselende prioriteiten. In staat om overzicht te bewaren en vlot te schakelen tussen verschillende taken. Proactieve ingesteldheid en bereidheid om collega’s te ondersteunen. Interesse in logistieke processen, transportplanning en administratieve flow. Leergierige houding met motivatie om systemen en planningstools snel onder de knie te krijgen.
