Sinds de oprichting in 1867 is onze klant uitgegroeid tot 's werelds toonaangevende supply chain manager voor koffie, cacao en andere zachte grondstoffen zoals rijst, zuivel en noten.

Jobomschrijving

Ben jij een administratieve duizendpoot met oog voor detail én houd je ervan om af en toe de handen uit de mouwen te steken? Werk je graag volgens duidelijke procedures en haal je voldoening uit nauwkeurig werk? Dan is de functie van Administratief bediende staalbeheer iets voor jou!

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Uitvoeren en opvolgen van staalopdrachten van A tot Z.
  • Nemen van stalen van onder andere natuurlijke producten zoals koffie.
  • Verpakken en verzenden van stalen volgens de geldende procedures.
  • Opmaken van verzenddocumenten en certificaten.
  • Registreren en verwerken van staalopdrachten in Dynamics Business Central.
  • Administratieve opvolging van verzendingen via DHL, FedEx, Bpost en andere transportdiensten.
  • Facturatie en algemene administratieve verwerking.
  • Rapporteren van staalnames aan termijnmarkten volgens de voorgeschreven richtlijnen.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitsanalyses op stalen.
  • Occasioneel verplaatsen of afleveren van stalen met een bedrijfswagen.
  • Actief bijdragen aan een vlotte interne communicatie binnen het team.

De ideale Administratief bediende staalbeheer herkent zich in volgende zaken:

  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en met oog voor detail.
  • Ervaring met staalopdrachten of laboratoriumwerk is een pluspunt.
  • Je voelt je goed in een gevarieerde functie waarbij je administratief werk combineert met praktische taken zoals staalname, kwaliteitscontroles en verzendingen.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office en bent bereid om te leren werken met Dynamics Business Central.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, beschikt over een goede kennis van het Engels en hebt een basiskennis Frans.
  • Kennis van kwaliteitsbepaling van cacao, koffie of andere natuurlijke producten is een mooie troef.
  • Je bent bereid om je werkdag op te starten tussen 6u30 en 7u00 en werkt in een voltijds uurrooster van 38 uur per week.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B, aangezien je sporadisch met een bedrijfswagen stalen zal wegbrengen of afleveren.
