Vacature: Administratief Bediende (met ervaring in de bouwsector)

Ben jij administratief sterk, werk je nauwkeurig én heb je affiniteit met de bouwsector? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Wie zijn wij?

Wij zijn een dynamisch bouwbedrijf gespecialiseerd in algemene ruwbouw- en renovatiewerken. Met een sterke focus op kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid, realiseren we uiteenlopende bouwprojecten van A tot Z. Om onze groei verder te ondersteunen, zoeken we een ervaren administratief bediende die ons team komt versterken. Liefst heeft u ook op éen of andere manier al kennis van de bouwsector.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Opvolgen van offertes, facturen en bestelbonnen
  • Verwerken en controleren van inkomende en uitgaande documenten
  • Telefonisch en schriftelijk contact met klanten, leveranciers en onderaannemers
  • Ondersteunen van de projectleiding op administratief vlak
  • Algemene administratie (archivering, e-mails, postverwerking, enz.)
  • Specifieke bouw gerelateerde administratie (Check-in@work, werkaangiftes, facturen voorbereiden aan de hand van vorderingsstaten, weerverlet, vergunningsaanvragen,...)

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring in een administratieve functie
  • Ervaring in of kennis van de bouwsector is een grote plus
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en hebt verantwoordelijkheidszin
  • Je bent communicatief sterk
  • Je beheerst vlot het Nederlands en Engels
  • Je houdt van een uitdaging en zit niet graag met je vingers te draaien
