Door onze verdere groei en expansie zijn wij op zoek naar een extra collega binnen administratie, aankoop en verkoop en website data onderhoud en social media content.

Bij Agrodieren kom je terecht in een veelzijdige werkomgeving waar webshop, fysieke winkel, magazijn, aankoop en klantenservice dagelijks samenkomen. Als specialist in producten voor dieren, tuin, stal en erf zoeken wij iemand die overzicht bewaart, initiatief neemt en graag meehelpt om onze dagelijkse werking vlot te laten verlopen.

Wat houdt de functie in?

Je werkt mee op verschillende afdelingen. Je denkt oplossingsgericht, stelt dossiers op en volgt deze nauwkeurig op en springt bij waar nodig. Je wordt een echte fixer of all things: iemand die kalm blijft bij issues, oplossingen zoekt en collega’s mee ondersteunt in de dagelijkse werking.

Jouw algemene verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Overzicht bewaren en bonnen afhandelen binnen administratie, aankoop en verkoop
  • Klanten informeren over producten zowel in onze fysieke winkel, als per mail en tel.
  • Problemen of issues praktisch en efficiënt helpen oplossen
  • Duidelijk communiceren met collega’s van winkel, bureel en magazijn
  • Prijslijsten up-to-date houden via Excel en CSV bestanden
  • Webshop data helpen onderhouden
  • Social media helpen onderhouden ( indien geen kennis geen issue, kunnen we je aanleren of aan andere collega toewijzen ).

  • Je hebt ervaring in dergelijke jobfunctie ( daarvoor niet concreet het product assortiment - maar het is een meerwaarde als je bijv. paardenliefhebber bent of dergelijke zodat de denk- en communicatie processen je niet vreemd zijn.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft zonder problemen Nederlands ( (kennis van Frans of Engels is een mooie plus).
  • Je kan werken met de Officepakketten ( Outlook, Word, Excel, ... ); vooral met Excel kan je goed werken en zelf formules toepassen i.f.v. prijsberekeningen. (Geen grafieken of statistieken en dergelijke.)
  • Je leert vlot het interne ERP commercieel software systeem aan en de bijhorende procedures - je bent vlot met de PC en pikt nieuwe dingen snel op.
  • Je typt snel i.f.v. het opstellen van mails en offertes.
  • Je werkt punctueel in teamverband en individueel.
  • Je communiceert vlot met externen en collega's
  • Snelle indiensttreding mogelijk
  • Je woont niet zo veraf ( binnen de 30min rijden van het bedrijf met auto/brommer/fiets )
  • Je wil je engageren voor een lange samenwerking. Je je weet wat je wilt en wenst samen met het bedrijf op de lange termijn te blijven groeien als mens en collega en met respect voor elkaar.
