De functie inhoud Als administratief commercieel medewerker ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt voor particuliere klanten, van eerste contact tot en met de oplevering van hun project. Je combineert commerciële flair met technisch inzicht en projectopvolging:

  • Je begeleidt klanten naadloos van a tot z
  • Je onderhoudt contact via telefoon, videocall of in de showroom
  • Je stelt offertes op maat op, afgestemd op de noden van de klant
  • Je volgt klanten en prospecten proactief op en denkt commercieel mee
  • Je sluit deals af en krijgt energie van het behalen van resultaten
  • Je coördineert projecten en zorgt voor een vlotte voorbereiding en opvolging
  • Je schakelt vlot met techniekers, administratie en collega’s om elk project succesvol te maken
