Driessen Administratief juridisch medewerker (bijbaan) Alkmaar Je hebt je eerste jaar van de hbo-opleiding rechten of sociaaljuridische dienstverlening succesvol afgerond en bent klaar om praktijkervaring op te doen. Jij gaat niet zomaar achter een bureau zitten; je krijgt een actieve en betekenisvolle rol waarbij je veel contact hebt met burgers, ondernemers én adviseurs. Je gaat aan de slag als administratief medewerker bij de Belastingdienst in Amsterdam . Hier speel je een belangrijke rol bij het innen van belastingen en het terugvorderen van toeslagen van particulieren en kleine ondernemers. Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit: - Het behandelen van verzoeken voor betalingsregelingen. - Administratieve ondersteuning bieden bij verzoeken voor kwijtschelding en administratief beroep. - Telefonisch contact onderhouden met burgers, ondernemers en adviseurs. - Zorgdragen voor de administratieve afhandeling van inkomende verzoeken. Jij krijgt: - Een fulltime inwerktraject van 36 uur gedurende twee weken, waarin je alles leert over de Belastingdienst. - Flexibele werktijden. Na het inwerktraject werk je 24 uur per week en kun je zelf aangeven welke dagen je beschikbaar bent. Ideaal te combineren met je studie. - Een uitdagende bijbaan waarin je direct praktijkervaring opdoet. Je start in januari 2025 met een contract tot eind 2025, met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband bij goed functioneren. Functie eisen Als administratief medewerker werk je netjes en precies, ook als het druk is. Je houdt het overzicht en doet altijd goed werk. Aan de telefoon ben je vriendelijk en professioneel. Je luistert goed naar klanten en helpt hen zo goed mogelijk. Daarnaast: - Heb je minimaal je eerste jaar van de hbo-opleiding rechten of sociaaljuridische dienstverlening afgerond. - Heb je interesse in administratieve en juridische processen en wil je ervaring opdoen bij de overheid. - Ben je communicatief sterk en vind je het leuk om telefonisch contact ...
