Hoe ziet jouw dag als Administratief Logistiek Bediende eruit?

Als Administratief Logistiek bediende speel je een essentiële rol in het soepele verloop van ons Field Service proces. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor diverse taken met betrekking tot ontvangst, voorbereiding en verzending van metalen stukken/onderdelen. Jouw bijdrage zorgt ervoor dat onze klanten altijd tijdig beleverd kunnen worden.Een aantal van je dagdagelijkse taken vind je hieronder terug:

  • Ontvangst van pakketten en klaarmaken van retours
  • Inboeken van inkomende goederen en doorsturen naar de juiste afdeling
  • Coördineren van transporten
  • Inplannen van transporten
  • Routes plannen van onze chauffeurs
  • Picking lijsten opmaken voor de heftruckchauffeurs
  • Contact opnemen met onze klanten om hen op de hoogte te houden van hun levering.
  • Contact opnemen met onze leveranciers om hen op de hoogte te houden van pick-up and return
  • Zorgdragen voor correcte opslag en sortering van de onderdelen
  • Efficiënt verwerken van orders en zendingen.
  • Nauwkeurig documentbeheer.
  • Verzorgen van tijdige leveringen.
  • Beheren van inkomende telefoongesprekken.
  • Ondersteunen van diverse administratieve taken ter ondersteuning van het logistieke proces. In deze rol rapporteer je aan de Supply Chain Manager.

Jouw profiel

  • Je kunt terugblikken op 3 jaar administratieve ervaring in de logistieke sector
  • Je hebt ervaring met MSD en Power BI en/of een ander ERP programma
  • Je hebt ervaring met scanningssystemen
  • Je bent een krak in het optimaal opstellen van planningen.
  • Naast het Nederlands kun je je ook vlot uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels.
  • Je hebt een passie voor logistiek en bent bereid je hierin bij te scholen.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer waar communicatie en overleg centraal staat.
  • Ook flexibiliteit, leergierigheid en accuraat werken zijn eigenschappen die we bij jou terugvinden.
