Boels Rental Sittard - - 40 uur - MBO - € 2.768,- tot € 3.915,- Administratief Medewerker in Sittard Als Administratief Medewerker, op onze facilitaire afdeling, ben jij de stabiele factor binnen onze facilitaire dienstverlening. Samen met 10 collega's zorg jij ervoor dat processen soepel verlopen en interne klanten snel en professioneel geholpen worden. Met jouw overzicht en pragmatische aanpak houd je grip op prioriteiten en kwaliteit. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor facilitaire vragen vanuit de organisatie en bewaakt de voortgang van meldingen volgens de afgesproken KPI's. Je schakelt dagelijks met collega's van verschillende vestigingen en interne afdelingen. Daarnaast ondersteun je ook met de receptiewerkzaamheden op ons Hoofdkantoor. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder andere: - Het behandelen en prioriteren van facilitaire meldingen via TOPdesk - Het valideren van aanvragen en het uitzetten van bestellingen - Het aanmaken van inkooporders in SAP - Het controleren en goedkeuren van facturen binnen het P2P-proces - Het ondersteunen van collega's bij het Self Service Portal - Het signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden in processen en dienstverlening Dit krijg je van ons: - Een salaris dat bij jouw kwaliteiten en ervaring past, tussen de € 2.768 en € 3.915 op basis van 40 uur. - 28 verlofdagen per jaar (en mogelijkheid om max. 5 dagen bij te kopen) - Reiskostenvergoeding voor woon-werk verkeer richting Sittard - Boels investeert in jouw ontwikkeling zodat jouw kennis en vaardigheden up-to-date blijven - Bij ons blijf je fit met het fietsplan en bedrijfsfitness - Speciale Boels-kortingen op o.a. elektronica en weekendjes weg, collectieve verzekeringen en huren met forse personeelskorting!
