Als Administratief medewerker fleet in Mechelen ben je verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve en commerciële opvolging van onze Fleet-activiteiten. Je houdt verschillende dossiers nauwgezet in het oog en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken, offertes en leveringen correct en tijdig worden opgevolgd.

Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Je volgt offertes administratief en commercieel op en zorgt ervoor dat aanvragen tijdig worden behandeld.
  • Je beheert en volgt de Fleet-mailbox op en zorgt voor een correcte en snelle verwerking van vragen.
  • Je staat in voor de opvolging van conventies.
  • Je registreert en bewaakt SLA-afspraken in de verschillende systemen.
  • Je houdt leveringstermijnen actueel en communiceert wijzigingen tijdig naar de betrokken partijen.
  • Je verzorgt de administratieve opvolging van bezoeken, klanten en Fleet-dossiers.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat gegevens en dossiers correct en up-to-date zijn in de systemen.
  • Je ondersteunt de Fleet-cel met een combinatie van administratieve nauwkeurigheid en commerciële feeling.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

We zoeken geen puur administratief profiel, maar iemand die administratie graag combineert met klantencontact en commerciële opvolging.

Voor de functie Administratief medewerker fleet in Mechelen zoeken we iemand die:

  • Ervaring heeft binnen administratie, inside sales, sales support of commerciële binnendienst.
  • Een sterke interesse heeft in fleet/automotive.
  • Op een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde manier kan werken.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een gezonde commerciële flair.
  • Een proactieve houding: je ziet wat moet gebeuren en neemt hierin verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Goede digitale en administratieve vaardigheden heeft en vlot leert werken met nieuwe systemen.
  • Het vermogen om verschillende dossiers tegelijk op te volgen zonder het overzicht te verliezen.

Je bent communicatief, werkt graag samen in een hecht team en hebt interesse in automotive, fleet en mobiliteit. Ervaring binnen Fleet is een plus, maar vooral jouw drive, verantwoordelijkheidszin en interesse in de sector maken het verschil.
