De functie inhoud Wat staat jou te wachten als administratief bediende?

  • Nauwkeurige verwerking van exportdocumenten, waaronder oorsprongs- en gezondheidscertificaten behoort tot jouw hoofdtaak.
  • Je gaat zelfstandig te werk om een efficiënte workflow te waarborgen.
  • Eventuele knelpunten probeer je te identificeren en op te lossen.
  • Je werkt in een administratieve omgeving met een focus op detail en precisie.
  • SAP, online platformen, en andere relevante export software zijn tools waarmee je dagdagelijks mee aan de slag gaat.

Als medewerker word je centraal gesteld en kom je terecht in een stabiele werkomgeving omringd door behulpzame collega's.   • Je blikt terug op een relevante ervaring.
  • Ervaring met het opstellen en verwerken van export- en andere transportdocumenten? Dat is een plus!
  • Je kan autonoom en nauwkeurig werken in een administratieve context.
  • Naast een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands, beschik je over een goede kennis Frans & Engels.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en hebt een talent voor het vinden van oplossingen.
