Je bent de helpende hand voor zowel klanten als chauffeurs en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen tevreden is. Geen dag is hetzelfde en jij bent dé persoon die het overzicht bewaart in een snelle wereld! Wat ga je precies doen als Administratief medewerker? - Meedenken over slimme oplossingen voor vragen via telefoon en e-mail van collega's en klanten; - Inplannen van afhaal- en collectieopdrachten en dit afstemmen met de juiste chauffeurs; - Verwerken van routelijsten, bestellingen, facturen en pakketstatussen in de systemen; - Afhandelen van klachten in samenwerking met de klantenservice. Bij ons draait alles om snelheid en betrouwbaarheid. We zorgen ervoor dat pakketten snel en efficiënt op hun bestemming komen. We zijn een team dat hard werkt, maar ook veel plezier heeft en elkaar helpt waar nodig. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar je echt het verschil kunt maken. Wie ben jij?
