Administratief Medewerker Beschrijving Jij houdt de werkplaatsadministratie in Kesteren op orde en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt aan de balie. 3 tot 4 dagen per week, middenin de agrarische en transportwereld. Werk jij graag met klantcontact en administratie in één functie? Bij Vlastuin in Kesteren ben jij de schakel tussen klant, monteur en servicecoördinator. Je ontvangt klanten aan de balie, verwerkt werkorders in het systeem en controleert of uren en materialen kloppen voordat er gefactureerd wordt. Wat bieden wij jou? - De arbeidsvoorwaarden uit de CAO Metaal & Techniek. - 25 vakantiedagen en 13 atv-dagen. - Een reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 per kilometer. - Veel opleidingsmogelijkheden voor jouw persoonlijke groei. - Een vaste plek in een klein, hecht serviceteam in Kesteren. Wat ga je doen? Je bent samen met een collega het eerste aanspreekpunt aan de balie in Kesteren, voor klanten die bellen, mailen of langskomen met een servicevraag. Verkoop gerelateerde vragen gaan naar de binnendienst, jij focust je op alles wat met de werkplaats te maken heeft. Je werkt nauw samen met de servicecoördinator, die eindverantwoordelijk is voor de administratie die jij uitvoert. Wie ben jij? - Je bent klantvriendelijk en hands-on: je pakt aan wat er langskomt. - Je bent sterk administratief en gestructureerd: terugkerende taken zoals urenregistratie doe je stipt. - Je hebt affiniteit met techniek: je begrijpt een werkorder en voelt aan wanneer iets niet logisch is. - Ervaring in of affiniteit met de agrarische sector is een pluspunt. - Je werkt vlot met Word, Excel en e-mail; een ERP-systeem pik je snel op. - Je bent 3 tot 4 dagen per week beschikbaar, waarvan dinsdag, donderdag en vrijdag vaste werkdagen zijn.
