Onze klant is een gevestigde en groeiende onderneming actief binnen de wereld van metaalconstructies, mechanisch onderhoud en laswerken. Met een team van ongeveer 60 medewerkers en een uitgebreid netwerk van onderaannemers werken zij dagelijks aan uitdagende technische projecten voor gerenommeerde industriële klanten. Vandaag staat de organisatie op een belangrijk kantelpunt. Dankzij hun groei investeren ze volop in de toekomst met de bouw van een volledig nieuwe bedrijfssite. De bedrijfscultuur wordt gekenmerkt door een no-nonsense mentaliteit, toegankelijke collega's en een vlakke organisatiestructuur waar samenwerking centraal staat.

Jobomschrijving

  • Opmaken en opvolgen van diverse contracten en administratieve documenten.
  • Ondersteunen bij de administratieve voorbereiding van het nieuwe bedrijfsgebouw.
  • Aanvragen van vergunningen en opvolgen van bijhorende dossiers.
  • Coördineren en verzamelen van informatie bij externe partners en leveranciers.
  • Beheren van documenten en contractafspraken met onderaannemers.
  • Uitvoeren van algemene administratieve ondersteuning voor verschillende afdelingen.
  • Ondersteunen bij lichte personeelsadministratie.
  • Opvragen en verwerken van Dimona-aangiftes.
  • Registreren en opvolgen van onderaannemers.
  • Controleren en beheren van VCA-attesten en andere verplichte documenten.
  • Meehelpen bij praktische administratieve taken rond onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers.
  • Opnemen van ad hoc projecten en administratieve vraagstukken.
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een technische affiniteit of technische achtergrond.
  • Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je houdt van afwisseling en schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende taken.
  • Je bent discreet en gaat vertrouwelijk om met gevoelige informatie.
  • Je bent leergierig en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je beschikt over een goede basiskennis van gangbare IT-toepassingen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een basiskennis van Engels en Frans.
  • Ervaring binnen een technische omgeving, bouwsector of projectmatige organisatie is een sterke troef.
