Als administratief medewerker backoffice bij de Dienst Terugkeer en Vertrek (DT&V) in Soesterberg zorg je dat informatie klopt en belangrijke termijnen worden bewaakt. Wat ga je doen? Als administratief medewerker backoffice werk je op de nieuwe afdeling Backoffice van de Directie Terugkeeruitvoering. Hier zijn een goede administratie en het bewaken van deadlines belangrijk. Jij verwerkt informatie zorgvuldig, beantwoordt vragen en ondersteunt collega's bij verschillende administratieve processen. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Je behandelt administratieve vragen van collega's, advocaten en ketenpartners. - Je beantwoordt vragen via telefoon en e-mail en legt informatie zorgvuldig vast. - Je bent op vaste momenten medewerker van de dag en beheert dan de telefoon en algemene e-mailbox. - Je verzorgt aanvragen voor vervoer. - Je stuurt vertrekdossiers door en ondersteunt bij aanvragen voor vervangende reisdocumenten. - Je houdt termijnen en deadlines goed in de gaten en onderneemt actie wanneer dat nodig is. Je werkt 32 tot 36 uur per week en bent fysiek aanwezig op locatie DC Zeist in Soesterberg. Je start op 19 oktober 2026 en werkt in eerste instantie tot 18 april 2027. Daarna is er één verlenging van maximaal 6 maanden mogelijk. Wie ben jij? Als administratief medewerker backoffice werk je nauwkeurig en vind je het prettig om verschillende zaken tegelijk te regelen.
