Voor FeelGreen zoeken we een nauwkeurige en verantwoordelijke administratief medewerker die mee zorgt voor een vlotte dagelijkse werking.

Jouw rol

Je ondersteunt FeelGreen bij de dagelijkse administratie en opvolging.

Je:

  • verwerkt en volgt administratieve dossiers op;
  • beheert gegevens in onze systemen;
  • ondersteunt bij de planning en organisatie;
  • hebt telefonisch en per mail contact met klanten en medewerkers;
  • volgt afspraken en openstaande zaken op;
  • zorgt ervoor dat informatie correct en volledig wordt verwerkt.

· Nauwkeurigheid is belangrijk in deze functie. Je werkt gestructureerd, houdt overzicht en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen taken.

· Je wacht niet af: je ziet wat er moet gebeuren, volgt zaken actief op en merkt het wanneer iets ontbreekt of niet klopt. Je durft door te vragen wanneer iets niet duidelijk is en zoekt zelfstandig naar een oplossing.

· Je werkt vlot met digitale systemen en communiceert duidelijk, vriendelijk en professioneel.
