Voor een succesvolle familiale onderneming in Sint-Katelijne-Waver, actief binnen logistieke oplossingen en verpakkingsdiensten, zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar een Administratief Medewerker Finance. Je komt terecht in een stabiele werkomgeving waar teamwork, betrokkenheid en een persoonlijke aanpak centraal staan.

Jobomschrijving

Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?

Als Administratief Medewerker Finance ondersteun je de dagelijkse financiële en administratieve werking van de organisatie. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid verlopen alle processen correct en efficiënt.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Verwerken en controleren van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen.
  • Inboeken van financiële verrichtingen en bankafschriften.
  • Beheren van elektronische facturatie via Peppol.
  • Opvolgen van betalingen en betaaltermijnen.
  • Ondersteunen van het debiteuren- en crediteurenbeheer.
  • Monitoren van openstaande klanten- en leveranciersrekeningen.
  • Opstellen en verwerken van facturen voor service- en verkoopactiviteiten.
  • Administratief opvolgen van salesorders.
  • Verwerken van leveringsdocumenten, pakbonnen en verzendnota's.
  • Assisteren bij maand- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Onderhouden van klant-, leverancier- en artikelgegevens binnen het ERP-systeem.
  • Opstellen van rapporteringen en administratieve overzichten.
  • Beantwoorden van vragen met betrekking tot facturatie en betalingen.
  • Correct digitaal archiveren van financiële documenten.
  • Actief meedenken over verbeteringen en optimalisaties van administratieve processen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een diploma secundair onderwijs; een graduaat of bachelor is een mooie meerwaarde.
  • Je beschikt over een basiskennis boekhouding.
  • Je werkt vlot met ERP-systemen; ervaring met SAP is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je communiceert professioneel in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent cijfermatig sterk en administratief gestructureerd.
  • Je gaat discreet om met vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en werkt proactief.
  • Je functioneert zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband.
  • Je woont binnen een vlot bereikbare afstand van Sint-Katelijne-Waver.
