The posting

We zoeken nadrukkelijk iemand met aantoonbare ervaring in statutaire personeelsadministratie binnen het onderwijs. Je kent de specifieke regelgeving en administratieve processen en kunt personeelsdossiers snel en zelfstandig opnemen.

Jouw opdracht Je staat mee in voor een correcte, tijdige en kwaliteitsvolle opvolging van personeelsdossiers van onze scholen. Je werkt binnen de centrale HR-dienst en bent een aanspreekpunt voor scholen en personeelsverantwoordelijken.

Takenpakket: opvolgen van dossiers van statutaire personeelsleden binnen de verschillende onderwijsniveaus; verwerken van verloven, afwezigheden en dienstonderbrekingen; voorbereiding en opvolging van TADD en vaste benoemingen; opvolging van reaffectatie en wedertewerkstelling; controleren en vervolledigen van personeelsgegevens en -dossiers; opvolgen van personeelsdocumenten, contracten en administratieve formaliteiten; opvolgen van dossiers rond Cohezio en gezondheidstoezicht; beantwoorden van vragen van scholen en personeelsverantwoordelijken; bewaken van termijnen en zorgen voor een correcte dossieropbouw; meewerken aan een efficiënte, digitale en kwaliteitsvolle HR-werking.

Onderwijservaring is essentieel. Je beschikt over een goede praktische kennis van de personeelsadministratie en regelgeving binnen het Vlaamse onderwijs en hebt ervaring met onder meer TADD, benoemingen, verloven en reaffectatie.

Daarnaast ben je iemand die: nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werkt en terugkerende procedures en deadlines consequent opvolgt; geboeid is door sociale en personeelswetgeving en zijn/haar kennis actief bijhoudt; klantgericht en verbindend communiceert met scholen en personeelsverantwoordelijken; vlot samenwerkt met collega’s binnen HR en andere centrale diensten; graag meedenkt over digitalisering, vereenvoudiging en efficiëntere processen; zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid neemt, maar ook tijdig afstemt; discreet en zorgvuldig omgaat met personeelsgegevens; positief en oplossingsgericht in het werk staat en graag mee bouwt aan een goede team- en organisatiecultuur.
