Jij zorgt dat de administratie klopt, dat alles netjes is verwerkt én dat collega's in de loods door kunnen. Dit ga je doen: Registreren van verwachte inslagen; Aanmaken van werklijsten en inslagopdrachten door gegevens van nieuwe importgoederen in te voeren; Regelen van vrijstellingen van importgoederen bij de rederij; Verwerken van binnenkomende documenten; Afhandelen van schades bij inslag; Onderzoeken van afwijkingen in het inslagproces en deze oplossen samen met loodsmedewerkers; Controleren en verwerken van cargadoorfacturen; Controleren van concept-inslagfacturen en facturen opmaken; Bijdragen aan verbeteringen of automatisering van het inslagproces; Fungeren als achterwacht voor de planner inslag vaten: containers inplannen, transport regelen en distributie verdelen over de loodsen. Je komt te werken bij een organisatie in Rotterdam die al ruim 35 jaar gespecialiseerd is in de opslag en verwerking van vruchtensappen en concentraten. Met een groot en ervaren team zorgen zij ervoor dat de producten altijd op tijd en in perfecte staat de loods verlaten. Een organisatie met ervaring, kennis én de ambitie om steeds beter te worden. Je werkt van 08:00 tot 16:30 uur óf van 08:30 tot 17:00 uur. Wie zoeken wij: Je hebt een afgeronde mbo 3/4 opleiding op administratief of logistiek gebied met 1-2 jaar ervaring, óf je bent een ervaren allround administratief medewerker; Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal; Duits is een pré; Je bent nauwkeurig en stressbestendig; Je hebt een oplossingsgerichte houding; Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
