Je brengt kwaliteit en plezier mee naar ons team; Enige jaren ervaring in een vergelijkbare brede functie of in de keukenbranche is een grote pré; Woonachtig in de omgeving van Tilburg. Bereid om één keer per 4 weken op zaterdag te werken.

GB Meubelen BV is een overkoepelende organisatie gespecialiseerd in de verkoop van meubels en keukens via franchiseondernemingen. De klantenservice van Superkeukens en Keukendepot Tilburg, Breda, Bergen op Zoom en Capelle aan de IJssel houdt kantoor in Tilburg. De klantenservice bestaat uit een klein, enthousiast team. Dit team zoekt een administratief medewerker klantenservice om samen de brede taakstelling te realiseren.

Deze taken kom je tegen:

Communicatie met onze klanten die hebben gekozen voor Superkeukens of KeukenDepot, gedeeltelijk vóór levering en vooral ook ná levering; Bij jou komen de telefoontjes binnen; Jij beheert de mailbox; Jij verwerkt de bevestiging van de bestellingen en de opvolging, inclusief controle; Jij verzorgt de facturering; Jij pakt, op een (pro)actieve wijze, diverse voorkomende werkzaamheden op. Jouw kracht:

Je bent daadkrachtig en besluitvaardig. Samen met je collega's bouw je doelgericht aan een gestroomlijnd team. Als medewerker backoffice keukenadministratie pak je zelf de regie en verantwoordelijkheid voor de resultaten, de kwaliteit van je werk en je persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Je bent rationeel en niet bang om confrontaties aan te gaan. Je bent daarbij transparant en communiceert hierover helder. In hectische situaties houd je het hoofd koel en stel je prioriteiten, neemt een stap terug, bekijkt de situatie en neemt een rationele beslissing.

Operationele en procesmatige verbetering aanbrengen Plannen van de werkzaamheden van het team Communicatie met onze klanten Rationele oordeelsvorming m.b.t. klachtenafhandeling Jij verwerkt de bevestiging van de bestellingen en de opvolging, inclusief controle en facturatie Jij verzorgt de (aanpassingen in) de transportplanning en de serviceplanning Jij pakt, op een (pro)actieve wijze, diverse voorkomende werkzaamheden op en geeft daarmee richting aan de uitvoerende werkzaamheden van het team
