In jouw rol ben jij de contactpersoon tussen de verzekeringsmakelaar, maatschappij en de medewerkers die schade hebben bij hun werkzaamheden op de baan.

Concreet is dit jouw takenpakket:

  • Je staat in voor de opvolging van schadedossiers rond voertuigen: zowel schadegevallen in eigen beheer als dossiers waarbij een andere partij aansprakelijk is.
  • Je werkt rond verzekeringen & schade en hebt rechtstreeks contact met de eigen makelaar, maatschappijen en de arbeiders in de wagens.
  • Je verzamelt, controleert en bewaakt de nodige informatie, zowel intern als extern.
  • Je volgt dossiers nauwgezet op en zorgt voor een vlotte administratieve afhandeling.
  • Je houdt ervan om zaken op te volgen, door te vragen en ervoor te zorgen dat niets tussen de mazen van het net valt.

Als Administratief Medewerker Verzekeringen & Schade herken je je in onderstaand profiel:

  • Je hebt idealiter een eerste ervaring binnen verzekeringen en oprechte interesse om verder te leren binnen dit domein.
  • Je bent assertief, communicatief sterk en kan op een ferme, maar correcte manier in contact staan met bedrijven.
  • Je weet dossiers gestructureerd op te volgen en schakelt vlot tussen interne en externe contacten.
  • Je beheerst Nederlands vloeiend en hebt ook een goede kennis van Frans: je bent namelijk ook verantwoordelijk voor schadegevallen in Wallonië.
  • Een diploma in financiën/verzekeringen is mooi meegenomen, maar geen absolute must.
