Voor een groeiende onderneming in regio Tielt zoeken we een Administratief Bediende. Je komt terecht in een familiale organisatie die dagelijks kwalitatieve maaltijdoplossingen aanbiedt aan professionele klanten binnen de foodservicesector. In deze veelzijdige functie ondersteun je verschillende afdelingen en draag je bij aan een efficiënte werking van de organisatie.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • De administratieve ondersteuning van de supply chain neem je op, waarbij je bestellingen van grondstoffen nauwkeurig verwerkt en opvolgt
  • Voorraadgegevens, menu's en recepturen houd je overzichtelijk en correct bij zodat alle informatie steeds up-to-date blijft
  • Productieafdelingen kunnen rekenen op een correcte administratieve ondersteuning, waardoor processen efficiënt blijven verlopen
  • Klantencontacten onderhoud je op een professionele manier en je zorgt voor een vlotte opvolging van vragen en administratieve dossiers
  • Bestaande processen analyseer je kritisch en je werkt actief mee aan verbeteringen die de dagelijkse werking ondersteunen
  • Een bachelordiploma is vereist
  • Relevante administratieve ervaring is een plus, maar ook gemotiveerde schoolverlaters komen in aanmerking
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van MS Office; ervaring met administratieve software vormt een meerwaarde
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands perfect; kennis van Engels en Frans is een sterke troef
