The posting

Als Administratief medewerker Werkmiddelen sta je in voor het beheer van alle werkmateriaal: voornamelijk tablets, telefoons en toebehoren, maar eventueel ook werkkledij, wagenpark, fietslease, etc.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal inzetten en beheren van de beschikbare werkmiddelen. Je takenpakket omvat:

  • Stockbeheer: het opvolgen van de inventaris en bestellingen plaatsen.
  • Toekennen en verdelen van het materiaal bij opstart van een nieuwe medewerker:Zorgen dat de toestellen gebruiksklaar zijn De toestellen versturen De nodige documenten bezorgen en opvolgen Nauwkeurig registreren van de toegekende werkmiddelen
  • Opvolging van de inlevering van de materialen bij uitdiensttreding van een medewerker:Toestellen controleren en resetten Nauwkeurig registeren van de ingeleverde werkmiddelen De nodige documenten bezorgen en opvolgen
  • Instaan voor de levering en ophaling van de bedrijfswagens.
  • Je bewaart het overzicht: je werkt mee aan de uitbouw van het digitaal klassement en draagt bij tot de archivering van de personeelsdienst.

Naast bovenstaande taken help je ook mee om de workflow rond werkmiddelen te optimaliseren:

  • Je bent gezond kritisch voor de werking van de dienst en de vastgestelde problemen.
  • Je denkt actief mee aan verbetervoorstellen om de dienstverlening te optimaliseren.
  • Je bewaakt de klantentevredenheid, signaleert problemen en doet zelf voorstellen om tot een oplossing te komen.
  • Deze vacature kadert binnen het generatiepact, en heeft tot doel jongeren kennis te laten maken met de zorgsector en meer kansen te bieden op de arbeidsmarkt. Vandaar dat er 2 voorwaarden zijn waaraan kandidaten in eerste instantie moeten voldoen:Je mag de leeftijd van 30 jaar nog niet bereikt hebben. EN met hoogst behaalde diploma hoger secundair onderwijs. Een secundair diploma in de zorg komt niet in aanmerking.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig en hebt zeer goede kennis van MS Office (Word, Excel en Outlook).
  • Je bent administratief nauwkeurig en punctueel.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kan planmatig en georganiseerd werken.
  • Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk) en hebt een klantvriendelijke houding.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
