IPSOIPSO Ben jij een nauwkeurige en zelfstandige administratief/secretarieel medewerker die graag organiseert, plant en overzicht houdt? Dan is deze vacature bij Stichting IPSO in Almere wellicht iets voor jou. Werken bij Stichting IPSO Stichting IPSO is de brancheorganisatie voor de IPSO-centra voor leven met en na kanker (100 locaties in Nederland). Deze centra hebben gezamenlijk een landelijke dekking en bieden met voornamelijk vrijwilligers psychosociale ondersteuning aan (ex-)kankerpatiënten, hun naasten en nabestaanden. Belangrijk werk, want 1 op de 2 Nederlanders krijgt in zijn of haar leven kanker. Gelukkig zijn er steeds meer overlevers. De medische zorg is goed geregeld, maar de psychosociale ondersteuning tijdens en na de ziekte verdient nog steeds aandacht. De IPSO-centra bieden deze belangrijke informele psychosociale ondersteuning. Onderdeel van de Stichting is het landelijk bureau IPSO dat bestaat uit 12 professionals, die zich inzetten om de IPSO-centra te ondersteunen en hun belangen te behartigen. Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste collega die zelfstandig haar/zijn werkzaamheden kan oppakken en, waar nodig, het team kan ondersteunen. Wat ga je doen? In deze functie ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het team. Je zorgt ervoor dat administratieve werkzaamheden, planningen, trainingen, overleggen en registraties nauwkeurig zijn bijgehouden. Je werkt aan verschillende taken, houdt overzicht, denkt vooruit en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken en werkzaamheden op tijd worden opgepakt. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Organiseren, plannen en registreren van open inschrijving ziekenhuistrainingen, en het bijhouden van deelnemersgegevens en overzichten; - Beheren en actualiseren van de IPSO-activiteitenkalender; - Voorbereiden en coördineren van team- en kwartaal overleggen, ...
