In deze veelzijdige rol krijg je veel autonomie en verantwoordelijkheid. Jij zorgt er achter de schermen voor dat alles wat rijdt, rolt of besteld moet worden vlekkeloos geregeld is.   • Opleiding / Ervaring: Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring door praktijkkennis.
  • Attitude: Je bent een echte doener die werk ziet, initiatief neemt en niet afwacht.
  • Eigenschappen: Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en zelfstandig, maar bent tegelijk een fijne teamspeler met een duidelijke affiniteit voor techniek.
  • Talen & Rijbewijs: Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B, spreekt uitstekend Nederlands en hebt een goede mondelinge basis in het Frans of Engels.

1. Materiaal- & Voertuigenbeheer:

  • Wagenpark & Documenten: Je volgt keuringen, boorddocumenten, verkeersvergunningen en OBU-registraties nauwgezet op en verwerkt eventuele boetes en accijnzen.
  • Brandstofbeheer: Je beheert het brandstofsysteem, voorziet badges, onderhoudt contact met leveranciers en controleert de leverbonnen.
  • Techniek & Schade: Je stelt technische fiches op en volgt schadegevallen van A tot Z op.

2. Onthaal & Algemene Administratie:

  • Onthaal: Je fungeert als back-up aan het onthaal en ondersteunt bij de poortbediening.
  • Administratie: Je verzorgt materiaallijsten, beheert bestellingen en springt bij waar nodig om alles op wieltjes te laten lopen.
