Adviesbureau Opifex adviseert bedrijven en overheden en is onder meer gespecialiseerd in vergunningen- en/of handhavingsvraagstukken. Ons bureau kenmerkt zich vooral door een hoog kennisniveau, betrokkenheid, integriteit en nauwkeurigheid. Wij zetten graag net dat stapje verder en zijn na 30 jaar een bekend en gewaardeerd adviesbureau in de regio.

Als secretarieel medewerker ben je ondersteunend aan de officemanager en de adviseurs, verwerk je gegevens in een digitaal systeem, doe je follow-up acties van lopende zaken, redigeer je uitgaande documenten, houd je je bezig met alle voorkomende secretariële werkzaamheden zoals het beantwoorden, filteren en doorverbinden van inkomende telefoontjes, afhandeling post, agendabeheer, onderhoud klantenbestand en ontvangst bezoekers. Daarnaast bereid je offertes voor, verzorg je samen met de officemanager de maandelijkse facturatie en onderhoud je samen de website. Bij afwezigheid van de officemanager organiseer (en notuleer) je interne werk- en projectoverleggen. Je fungeert als spil van de organisatie.
