The posting

Buscamos una persona organizada, proactiva y con experiencia en gestión administrativa y contable para incorporarse a nuestro equipo en la planta de producción ubicada en Palas de Rei.

La persona seleccionada será responsable de dar soporte a las áreas de administración, contabilidad y gestión de recursos, utilizando ERP para control y registro de la información.

Funciones principales:

  • Gestión administrativa general de la planta (facturación, albaranes, pedidos, control de documantación).
  • Apoyo en la contabilidada diaria: registro de asientos, conciliaciones bancarias, control de cobros y pagos.
  • gestión y seguimineto de compras y proveedores.
  • Introducción y control de datos en el sistema ERP.
  • Apoyo en tareas de recursos humanos (control horario, partes de trabajo, etc.)
  • Coordinación con otros departamentos para garantizar el flujo correcto de información.

Requisitos:

  • Formación en Administración, Contabilidad o similar.
  • Experiencia previa en puesto administrativo, preferiblemente en entorno industrial.
  • Conocimientos sólidos de contabilidad básica y gestión documental.
  • Manejo de ERP (valorable esperiencia con programas como SAP, Odoo, Navision u otros).
  • Dominio de herramientas ofimaticas (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Persona responsable, organizada y con capacidad de trabajo en equipo.

Se ofrece:

  • Incorporación estable en una empresa en crecimiento.
  • Jornada completa.
  • Horario de 8:00 a 13:00 y de 14:00 a 17:00 de lunes a viernes
  • Salario según valía y experiencia

Ubicación:

Planta de producción en Palas de Rei (Lugo).
