Als HR Payroll Administrator Haven ben je verantwoordelijk voor het proces dat leidt tot een correcte verloning van het contingent havenarbeiders (vast & interim) en/of van de logistieke werknemers met veiligheidscertificaat (ALD) binnen het bedrijf Je volgt processen en bijhorende procedures nauwkeurig op en stuurt deze bij waar nodig om een correcte en tijdige verloning voor alle havenarbeiders en ALD’ers te waarborgen. Je staat garant voor de effectieve en efficiënte werking van de afdeling o.l.v. HR Officer Payroll Haven

• Controleren tijdsregistraties , bijhouden timetables, aangifte dimona en input van verlof,ziekte,enz.

• Controle loonlijsten, input premies gekoppeld aan functies, manipulatie in de loonberekening a.d.h.v. ploeglijsten van de Foreman, berekening eindejaarspremies, doorsturen van de loonaangiftes aan de diverse sociale secretariaten.

• Beheer personeelsgegevens en specifieke taken (adreswijziging,rekeningnummers, tijdskredieten,opleidingen, economische werkloosheid).

• Informatie (rechtstreeks, telefonisch, per e-mail) verstrekken aan de diverse interne medewerkers en externe partners ivm planning / verloning / ....

• Te woord staan van havenarbeiders en ALD’ers i.v.m allerhande vragen omtrent loon, problemen en sociale wetgeving.

• Transparant communiceren (berichten en informeren) met alle relevante contacten (ATM/TM/FM&MK)

• Opladen van de loonkost in opla voor verloning havenarbeiders. Maandelijkse loonresultaten opmaken.

• Standaardlijsten ontwikkelen en rapporteren.

• Ad hoc rapportering op vraag van diverse afdelingen.

• Het onderhouden en helpen uitbouwen van een positief aanwezigheidsbeleid voor de havenarbeiders.

• PC : Excel, loonprogramma, Outlook

• Talen : Goede kennis N/E.

• Algemeen : Kennis van payrolling en basis sociale wetgeving en bereid zich te verdiepen in de diverse havencodexen.

• Communicatief. • Administratief sterk/ nauwkeurig.
