Jij ontwerpt en optimaliseert duurzame werktuigbouwkundige gebouwinstallaties en adviseert opdrachtgevers over verantwoorde keuzes die leiden tot Gezonde Gebouwen. Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team waar eigenaarschap, samenwerking en innovatie centraal staan. Je combineert adviesvaardigheid met ontwerpkwaliteit en bent eindverantwoordelijk voor kwaliteit, voortgang en financiën van jouw opdrachten. Over de functie Je ontwerpt W‑installaties over de volle breedte: HVAC, verwarming/koeling, luchtbehandeling/ventilatie, sanitair en regeltechniek/GBS. Je maakt conceptafwegingen voor energie‑ en comfortoptimalisatie, stelt technische werkomschrijvingen en kostenramingen op, en stemt vroegtijdig af over nutsvoorzieningen voor een robuuste inpassing. Projecten - Wonen, werken, zorg en onderwijs met focus op energieprestatie en binnenklimaat. - Duurzame nieuwbouw en renovaties met integrale ketensamenwerking. - Landelijke portefeuille met utiliteits‑ en publieke gebouwen. Jouw profiel - Afgeronde wo‑ opleiding, bij voorkeur richting werktuigbouwkundige (gebouw)installaties. - Minstens 10 jaar relevante ervaring in het vakgebied als adviseur/ontwerper. - Verbindende teamspeler met overtuigingskracht en passie voor duurzame concepten.
