Vanwege de zwangerschap van een collega zoeken wij tijdelijk een adviseur arbeidsmarktcommunicatie die ons communicatieteam komt versterken. Wolfheze 32 uur 4.000,- tot 5.294,- 11 december 2026 Jouw impact Als adviseur arbeidsmarktcommunicatie help je Pro Persona zichtbaar, herkenbaar en aantrekkelijk te maken voor huidige én toekomstige collega's. Je laat zien wie we zijn als organisatie en waarom werken bij Pro Persona betekenisvol is. Je adviseert managers, recruiters en andere stakeholders over de inzet van communicatie en campagnes om vacatures goed onder de aandacht te brengen. Daarbij volg je de resultaten en stuur je bij waar dat nodig is. Je denkt mee over de strategie én vertaalt plannen naar concrete communicatie-uitingen. Je schrijft aansprekende content voor social media, interviewt medewerkers voor verhalen op de werken-bij-website, actualiseert webpagina's en ondersteunt bij campagnes die bijdragen aan onze zichtbaarheid als werkgever. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met: - Je coördineert arbeidsmarktcampagnes en communicatie-uitingen waarmee we vacatures op een aantrekkelijke manier onder de aandacht brengen; - Je adviseert zorgmanagers en recruiters over arbeidsmarktcommunicatie en denkt actief mee over passende oplossingen; - Je schrijft en redigeert vacatureteksten en zorgt voor plaatsing op relevante externe kanalen; - Je zet online campagnes op via onder andere LinkedIn, Facebook en Instagram en houdt goed zicht op de resultaten; - Je verzorgt HR-communicatie op intranet en stelt communicatieplannen op voor vers...
