Als Adviseur Bestaand Vastgoed vervul je een cruciale rol in het adviseren van klanten over de technische, functionele en duurzame aspecten van hun vastgoedportefeuille. Je vertaalt complexe vraagstukken naar concrete, praktische oplossingen en begeleidt klanten door het hele proces, van de eerste analyse tot en met de implementatie. Je werkt nauw samen met architecten, constructeurs en installatieadviseurs om integrale adviezen te ontwikkelen die zowel technisch haalbaar als financieel rendabel zijn. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en weet hun behoeften te vertalen naar passende adviezen. Daarbij houd je rekening met aspecten zoals duurzaamheid, circulariteit, energietransitie en klimaatadaptatie. Met jouw expertise draag je bij aan de verduurzaming van de gebouwde omgeving en help je klanten bij het toekomstbestendig maken van hun vastgoed.
