Binnen een professionele en kwaliteitsgedreven financiële omgeving neem je een sleutelrol op in de ondersteuning van klanten en interne stakeholders. Je zorgt voor een correcte financiële verwerking, een klantgerichte opvolging en draagt actief bij aan de optimalisatie van processen binnen Customer Accounting Services.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opvolgen van het betalingsgedrag van klanten.
  • Informeren en adviseren van klanten over hun betalingen.
  • Snel, nauwkeurig en betrouwbaar verwerken van inkomende betalingen.
  • Beheren van contacten met overheidsdiensten zoals RSZ en bedrijfsvoorheffing.
  • Bijdragen aan de continue optimalisatie van interne processen en CAS‑diensten.
  • Verder ontwikkelen van competenties, expertise opbouwen en proactief meedenken.
  • Bachelor of relevante ervaring in boekhouding of finance.
  • Sterk cijfermatig inzicht en oog voor detail.
  • Klant‑ en servicegericht met een oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Vloeiende kennis van Frans en Nederlands, goede kennis van Engels.
  • Teamspeler die graag samenwerkt aan resultaat.
  • Vlot werken met MS Office; kennis van Nilos is een pluspunt.
  • Interesse in facturatie, fiscaliteit en RSZ.
  • Heldere schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatie.
  • Autonoom, proactief en creatief werken.
