Een station moet iedere dag veilig en bedrijfszeker functioneren, ook wanneer duizenden reizigers er nauwelijks bij stilstaan hoeveel techniek daarvoor nodig is. Als Adviseur Werktuigbouwkundige Installaties bij NS Stations zorg jij dat de installaties op stations en andere vastgoedlocaties in Noord-Holland optimaal blijven presteren. Over de organisatie Stations zijn voor veel reizigers het begin- of overstappunt van hun reis. Naast stations beheert NS verschillende andere vastgoedlocaties, waaronder bijzondere en soms monumentale gebouwen. Al deze locaties moeten veilig toegankelijk zijn en technisch goed blijven functioneren. Binnen de regio Randstad Noord werk je samen met collega's aan het beheer en de verbetering van het vastgoed in Noord-Holland, Zuid-Holland, Utrecht en Flevoland. Jullie onderzoeken de technische staat van de gebouwen en bepalen welk onderhoud nodig is om de installaties ook op langere termijn bedrijfszeker te houden. Je komt terecht in een groeiend team waarin je regelmatig samenwerkt met collega's, interne opdrachtgevers en vaste onderhoudspartners. NS vindt het belangrijk dat medewerkers zich durven uitspreken en openstaan voor andere inzichten. Jouw technische visie krijgt binnen deze functie dan ook daadwerkelijk ruimte. Wat ga je doen? In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het technisch beheer van de werktuigbouwkundige installaties binnen jouw vastgoedportefeuille. Je voert inspecties uit, beoordeelt de technische staat en vertaalt de onderhoudsbehoefte naar concrete maatregelen en meerjarenonderhoudsplannen.
