Het kantoor is gevestigd regio Wevelgem. Als bank en verzekeringsmakelaar helpen ze klanten op dagelijkse basis verder op vlak van sparen, beleggen, kredieten en verzekeringen. Ze zijn een hecht team van 12 collega's. Ze houden de sfeer er graag in door op regelmatige basis eens een teamactiviteit te organiseren. Jouw functie als Adviseur Kredieten Als Adviseur Kredieten ben je het aanspreekpunt voor klanten met vragen rond hun kredietbehoeften. Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en ambities start je binnen woonkredieten of neem je meteen zowel woon- als professionele kredieten op. Als starter krijg je de nodige begeleiding en opleidingen en kan je op termijn doorgroeien richting professionele kredieten of je hierin specialiseren.

Je begeleidt klanten van A tot Z: van het eerste gesprek en het analyseren van hun financiële situatie tot het uitwerken van een passende kredietoplossing en de verdere opvolging van het dossier. Je luistert naar de behoeften van de klant, geeft advies op maat en zorgt ervoor dat het volledige kredietproces nauwkeurig en vlot verloopt. Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met de collega's binnen het kantoor en bouwt mee aan duurzame klantenrelaties. Je krijgt bovendien de ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en jouw expertise binnen kredieten stap voor stap uit te bouwen.

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een economische, financiële of commerciële richting.
  • Ervaring binnen kredieten is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste. Geen ervaring? Ook dan ben je zeker welkom!
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in de kredietwereld en bent gemotiveerd om voortdurend bij te leren.
  • Van nature ben je commercieel ingesteld en ga je nauwkeurig en klantgericht te werk om de behoeften van de klant zo goed mogelijk te vervullen.
