- Adviseur Leren & Ontwikkelen / Arnhem Adviseur Leren & Ontwikkelen Jij zorgt dat goede ideeën ook echt gaan werken Binnen IrisZorg zoeken we een senior adviseur die energie krijgt van structuur aanbrengen, processen uitwerken en beleid ontwikkelen. Iemand die voldoening haalt uit het schrijven van heldere stukken, het vastleggen van afspraken en het vertalen van complexe vraagstukken naar praktische oplossingen. In deze functie ben jij degene die van input impact maakt! Je werkt nauw samen met de andere senior L&O adviseur die veel in de organisatie aanwezig is. Zij voert gesprekken met medewerkers, leidinggevenden en management. Waar zij vaker buiten de deur is, zorg jij ervoor dat ideeën, behoeften en ontwikkelingen worden vertaald naar goed doordacht beleid, duidelijke processen en bruikbare kaders. Jullie vullen elkaar aan en versterken elkaar. Je standplaats is vooral het hoofdkantoor. Natuurlijk sta je goed in verbinding met collega's en stakeholders, maar jouw kracht ligt vooral in analyseren, structureren en uitwerken. Je vindt het prettig om je te verdiepen in vraagstukken, verbanden te leggen en te zorgen dat de basis op orde is. Je krijgt energie van documenten die kloppen, processen die logisch zijn ingericht en beleid dat daadwerkelijk richting geeft aan de organisatie. Jouw werk Leren is voor ons meer dan kennis opdoen. Het is samen bouwen aan de toekomst van IrisZorg. In deze functie richt je je vooral op de verdere professionalisering van de afdeling Leren & Ontwikkelen. Je werkt aan een gestructureerde leercultuur door beleid te ontwikkelen, processen in te richten, werkafspraken vast te leggen en ervoor te zorgen dat deze goed worden geborgd binnen de organisatie. Je onderzoekt samen met je collega's hoe Leren & Ontwikkelen nog beter kan bijdragen aan het succes van IrisZorg. Dat is belangrijk, want onze organisatie staat voor grote uitdagingen.
