Zij bieden een breed scala aan logistieke diensten, waaronder terminaloperaties, warehousing, cargohandling, forwarding en de opslag en overslag van diverse grondstoffen, commodities en industriële goederen. Met meerdere locaties in het Rotterdamse havengebied werken zij in een dynamische en sterk gereguleerde omgeving, waarin veiligheid, operationele efficiëntie en duurzaamheid belangrijke speerpunten zijn. Voor hen zoeken wij een ervaren Milieu Adviseur. Functieomschrijving Als Milieuadviseur ben je hét aanspreekpunt voor milieuwetgeving, milieuvergunningen, emissies en gevaarlijke stoffen. Je adviseert het management en de terminalmanagers over de praktische toepassing van wet- en regelgeving en zorgt ervoor dat milieueisen daadwerkelijk worden vertaald naar de dagelijkse operatie. Je werkt in het HSE team en rapporteert aan de HSE Manager. Je bent graag zichtbaar op de locaties, je bouwt gemakkelijk relaties op met terminalmanagers en collega's en weet complexe milieuvraagstukken te vertalen naar duidelijke en praktische oplossingen. Met jouw kennis van milieuwetgeving, chemische stoffen, Seveso en ISO 14001 draag je actief bij aan een veilige en duurzame bedrijfsvoering. Wat ga je doen? - Je zorgt ervoor dat de organisatie voldoet aan alle milieuvergunningen en relevante wet- en regelgeving, waaronder Seveso en ISO 14001. - Je begeleidt het aanvragen van nieuwe milieuvergunningen en het wijzigen van bestaande vergunningen. - Je vertaalt nieuwe en gewijzigde milieuwetgeving en vergunningseisen naar concrete maatregelen en zorgt voor een goede implementatie binnen de organisatie. - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bevoegde gezagen, waaronder omgevingsdiensten, waterschappen, Ri...
