Wat ga je doen? Als adviseur ruimtelijke ontwikkeling werk je aan ruimtelijke vraagstukken binnen de gemeente. Je vertaalt beleid naar praktijk en bent de verbindende schakel tussen inwoners, ontwikkelaars, bestuurders en collega's. Je werkt aan projecten die écht impact maken. Denk aan de ontwikkeling van grotere woningbouwplannen en realisatie van bedrijventerreinen. Hierin ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de voortgang van het project. Je beweegt soepel tussen strategisch advies en praktische uitvoering. Of je nu werkt aan een herinrichtingsplan, een gebiedsontwikkeling of een beleidsnotitie: jij houdt het overzicht, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt dat plannen realiteit worden. Daarbij werk je in een gemeente die ambitieus is met als doel om jaarlijks 350 woningen te bouwen. Jouw belangrijkste werkzaamheden: - Je beoordeelt complexe principeverzoeken van initiatiefnemers en ontwikkelaars en toetst deze aan het geldende beleid en de ruimtelijke mogelijkheden; - Je stelt gebiedsvisies en beleidsregels op en levert inhoudelijke bijdragen aan het opstellen en actualiseren van het omgevingsplan; - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor complexe ruimtelijke procedures van A tot Z, inclusief bezwaar en beroepsprocedures, en adviseert projectteams over de juiste aanpak, bijvoorbeeld bij het coördineren van een omgevingsplanwijziging.
