Over de functie Als Adviseur Strategisch Assetmanagementplan (SAMP) bij de provincie Overijssel ben je verantwoordelijk voor het evalueren en actualiseren van het SAMP voor de afdeling Wegen en Kanalen. Je voert analyses uit, ontwikkelt strategische doelen en KPI's, en begeleidt stakeholdersessies om te zorgen voor een gedragen en toekomstbestendig plan. Je werkt nauw samen met de strategisch beleidsadviseur en betrokken medewerkers om het eindresultaat te realiseren. Wat je gaat doen - Evalueren van het huidige Strategisch Assetmanagementplan (SAMP). - Actualiseren van het kader van het SAMP. - Uitvoeren van een contextanalyse van de interne en externe omgeving. - Uitvoeren van een stakeholderanalyse. - Inventariseren van relevante ontwikkelingen en trends. - Identificeren van kansen, risico's en handelingsperspectieven. - Herijken van de bedrijfswaarden. - Opstellen van strategische assetmanagementdoelen. - Opstellen van een doelenboom. - Ontwikkelen van KPI's en meetindicatoren. - Opstellen van een visie en ontwikkelvooruitblik voor de instandhouding van de provinciale infrastructuur. - Uitwerken van monitoring en evaluatie van strategische doelen. - Begeleiden van sessies en afstemming met betrokken stakeholders. - Opstellen en opleveren van een geactualiseerd Strategisch Assetmanagementplan (SAMP). Functie-eisen - Aantoonbaar afgeronde opleiding op minimaal HBO bachelor niveau. - Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring binnen het vakgebied assetmanagement. - Minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 6 jaar op het gebied van assetmanagement bij een overheidsinstelling. - Aantoonbare werkerv...
