Ter vervanging van een collega die met zwangerschapsverlof gaat, zijn wij vanaf begin december 2026 tot eind juli 2027 op zoek naar een Adviseur Urgentiedienstverlening. "Een ander huis, wanneer het echt nodig is". Dat is waar team Woondiensten voor staat. Wil jij samen met het team verder bouwen aan de beste dienstverlening bij urgente woonproblemen? Met onze uitgebreide vakkennis en jarenlange ervaring kunnen wij iedere gemeente en corporatie precies op maat ondersteunen. Dit doen wij met herstructureringsprojecten, urgentiedienstverlening, woonruimtebemiddeling van specifieke doelgroepen en ondersteuning bij overlastzaken. Dit ben jij. Toch? Stel je voor dat je een urgentieverklaring wilt aanvragen, omdat je dringend een andere woning nodig hebt. Wanneer heb je dan recht op een urgentieverklaring? Zo ja, op welke termijn? Dit soort cases worden straks zonder probleem door jou opgepakt. Samen met een team van collega's zorg je op efficiënte wijze voor ondersteuning op het gebied van urgente woonproblemen.
