Verbind experts, belangen en regelgeving en maak mogelijk wat wél kan. Solliciteer nu! We reageren meestal binnen een week Ben jij bekend met bedrijven in het Rotterdamse havengebied? En wil je hen helpen bouwen, uitbreiden en verduurzamen? In deze rol werk je aan complexe vergunningstrajecten. Je ondersteunt opdrachtgevers bij omgevingsvergunningen rond milieu en natuur. Vaak gaat het om bedrijven waar geluid, milieu, veiligheid, natuur en techniek samenkomen. Jij brengt overzicht, stelt de juiste vragen en zorgt dat de procedure klopt. Dit ga je doen Veel klanten zitten in het Rotterdamse havengebied. Denk aan containerterminals, scheepswerven, productiebedrijven en andere havengebonden bedrijven. Je adviseert hen bij vergunningstrajecten rond milieu en natuur. Deze bedrijven willen uitbreiden, verduurzamen of hun vergunning actualiseren. Dat klinkt overzichtelijk, maar in de praktijk spelen vaak meerdere belangen tegelijk. Ruimte is schaars, de omgeving kijkt mee en thema's als geluid, stikstof en veiligheid spelen een grote rol. Jij zorgt dat bedrijven weten welke stappen nodig zijn. Je betrekt de juiste specialisten, houdt overzicht en vertaalt technische input naar helder advies. Drie voorbeelden uit de praktijk: • Een tankterminal wil lang geplande opslagtanks voor biodiesel bouwen. De fundering ligt klaar, maar stikstofdepositie blokkeert de start. Mogelijk is zelfs een vergunning voor een Natura 2000-activiteit nodig. Jij onderzoekt welke opties er zijn. • Een containerterminal slaat verpakte gevaarlijke stoffen op en wil uitbreiden. Jij bepaalt samen met de klant welke vergunningstappen nodig zijn en wat de beste aanvraagvolgorde is. • Een productiebedrijf schakelt over op waterstof. Er is nog weinig ervaring...
