In deze functie ondersteun je klanten bij hun verzekeringsvragen en zorg je mee voor een correcte opvolging van hun dossiers.

Je komt terecht in een professioneel team waar persoonlijk advies, klantgerichtheid en een kwalitatieve dienstverlening centraal staan.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Je beheert verzekeringsdossiers binnen de takken Brand, Auto, Ongevallen en Risico’s (BOAR);
  • Je maakt offertes op en volgt aanvragen verder op;
  • Je analyseert de behoeften van klanten en zoekt naar passende verzekeringsoplossingen;
  • Je verwerkt wijzigingen aan bestaande polissen en volgt administratieve dossiers nauwkeurig op;
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met klanten, verzekeringsmaatschappijen en interne collega’s;
  • Je beantwoordt vragen van klanten en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van schade- en polisgerelateerde dossiers;
  • Je draagt bij aan een vlotte en klantgerichte dienstverlening.

Wij zoeken een enthousiaste verzekeringsprofessional die graag klanten ondersteunt en houdt van een gevarieerd takenpakket. Je werkt nauwkeurig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid op en haalt voldoening uit het verder helpen van klanten.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een eerste ervaring binnen verzekeringen, bij voorkeur binnen BOAR;
  • Een goede kennis van verzekeringsproducten of de motivatie om hierin verder te groeien;
  • Een klantgerichte en communicatieve ingesteldheid;
  • Een nauwkeurige manier van werken met oog voor detail;
  • Een commerciële ingesteldheid waarbij je meedenkt met de klant;
  • Een zelfstandige werkhouding gecombineerd met een sterke teamspirit.
