Onze aanpak is professioneel én persoonlijk, met een sterke focus op jouw volgende stap.Je komt terecht in een verzekeringsmakelaarskantoor dat zich heel specifiek richt op de medische wereld.De focus ligt op leven, fiscaliteit, vermogensopbouw en loonsoptimalisatie. De klassieke verzekeringsactiviteiten worden elders binnen de groep opgenomen, waardoor jij je volledig kunt toeleggen op jouw expertise.

Je maakt deel uit van een team waarin momenteel enkele commerciële profielen en backoffice collega's actief zijn. De organisatie maakt daarnaast deel uit van een veel grotere groep met ongeveer 160 medewerkers in België. Dat biedt niet alleen stabiliteit, maar ook mogelijkheden om op termijn verder te groeien.

Jobomschrijving

In de rol van adviseur verzekeringen leven ondersteun je de commerciële collega’s en werk je dossiers verder administratief af. Je beheert de portefeuille, maakt offertes op, volgt polissen op en zorgt ervoor dat elk detail klopt tot op de komma.

  • Opmaak en opvolging van offertes na het eerste commercieel gesprek
  • Beheer van een brede portefeuille met ongeveer 400 à 500 dossiers
  • Voorbereiden en administratief opvolgen van dossiers
  • Klantencontact met focus op bestaande relaties, zonder prospectie

Om in aanmerking te komen voor de vacature van adviseur verzekeringen leven, herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Ervaring in verzekeringen Leven of als backoffice-medewerker in een makelaarsomgeving
  • Sterke kennis van fiscaliteit en levenstopics zoals VAPZ en IPT
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands
  • Administratief, organisatorisch en analytisch sterk
  • Ervaring met een ERP- of beheersysteem zoals Brio is een plus
