Als Afdelingscoördinator Sociaal Huis vervul je een sleutelpositie binnen het domein Welzijn en Ouderen. Je staat in voor de algemene leiding, organisatie, coördinatie en kwaliteitsbewaking van de dienstverlening van het Sociaal Huis.

Je zorgt ervoor dat iedere inwoner met een welzijns-, zorg- of financiële hulpvraag op een professionele, klantgerichte en juridisch correcte wijze wordt geholpen. Je bewaakt de uitvoering van de maatschappelijke dienstverlening en maatschappelijke integratie en verzekert een kwalitatieve voorbereiding en opvolging van het Bijzonder Comité voor de Sociale Dienst (BCSD).

Daarnaast stuur je de werking van de dienstenchequeonderneming aan en zorg je voor een kwaliteitsvolle organisatie van de intake voor het woonzorgcentrum.

Verantwoordelijkheidsgebied

De afdeling Sociaal Huis staat in voor de uitvoering van het lokaal sociaal beleid en organiseert een geïntegreerde dienstverlening voor inwoners met welzijns-, zorg- en ondersteuningsvragen.

De afdeling omvat onder meer:

  • Sociale dienst
  • Maatschappelijke integratie (leefloon)
  • Financiële hulpverlening
  • Steun in natura
  • Stookoliefonds / mazouttoelage
  • Schuldhulpverlening
  • Dringende hulpverlening
  • Dienstenchequeonderneming
  • Intake woonzorgcentrum
  • Sociale activering
  • Toeleiding naar zorg- en welzijnsvoorzieningen
  • Katrol-werking
  • Minder Mobielen centrale
  • Wonen

Masterdiploma in de volgende richtingen:

  • Master in sociaal werk
  • Master in het sociaal werk en sociaal beleid
  • Master in de pedagogische wetenschappen, afstudeerrichting orthopedagogie
  • Master in de agogische wetenschappen

Bijkomende vereisten

  • Affiniteit met welzijn, sociale dienstverlening en zorg.
  • Bereidheid tot avondvergaderingen of occasioneel weekendwerk. Werktelefoon met permanente oproepbaarheid bij noodsituaties.
  • Beschikken over de competenties vereist voor een leidinggevende functie op niveau A.
  • Minimaal 2 jaar relevante beroepservaring hebben.
  • Slagen voor de selectieprocedure.
  • In het bezit zijn van een rijbewijs B
