Domein De Ster richt zich vooral op dagrecreanten en verwelkomt dagelijks een pak trouwe wandelaars, joggers en hengelaars. Het natuur- en recreatiedomein vormt voor de ene een groene oase van rust terwijl het voor de anderen een baken van recreatie en sportiviteit in het Waasland is.

Als hoofdmedewerker publiekswerking stuur je de dagelijkse werking rond onthaal, bezoekersmanagement, veiligheid en reddingsdiensten aan. Je coördineert medewerkers, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening en zorgt voor een veilige en aangename bezoekerservaring. Met jouw coachende leiderschapsstijl verbind je teams, optimaliseer je processen en speel je proactief in op operationele uitdagingen.

Je plaats van tewerkstelling is het domein De Ster (Lange Rekstraat 30, 9100 Sint-Niklaas).
