Konvert is op zoek naar een ervaren Afdelingshoofd Expeditie voor een internationale productieomgeving in regio Kaulille. Heb jij een sterke achtergrond in logistiek, export en supply chain management? Ben je bovendien een coachende leider die structuur brengt en processen naar een hoger niveau tilt? Dan is deze uitdagende sleutelpositie misschien jouw volgende carrièrestap. Als Afdelingshoofd Expeditie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige logistieke en administratieve proces van nationale en internationale verzendingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat goederen efficiënt, correct en conform de geldende wetgeving hun bestemming bereiken. Daarnaast stuur je een team van transportplanners aan en werk je nauw samen met klanten, logistieke partners, douanediensten en interne afdelingen. Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

Export & Douane

  • Correct en tijdig verwerken van exportdocumenten.
  • Toezien op de naleving van douane- en internationale handelsvoorschriften.
  • Onderhouden van contacten met douaneautoriteiten, expediteurs en logistieke partners.
  • Continu optimaliseren van export- en verzendprocessen.
  • Waarborgen van een vlotte goederenstroom naar internationale markten.

Accijnzen

  • Verantwoordelijk voor een correcte accijnsadministratie en aangiftes.
  • Toezien op de naleving van de geldende accijnswetgeving.
  • Ondersteunen bij audits, controles en inspecties.
  • Bewaken van een correcte en transparante administratie.

Transport & Logistiek

  • Organiseren en optimaliseren van wegtransporten en containervervoer.
  • Opvolgen van logistieke prestaties en transportkosten.
  • Identificeren van efficiëntiewinsten en verbeteropportuniteiten.
  • Evalueren van logistieke partners aan de hand van KPI's en prestaties.
  • Samenwerken met verschillende interne en externe stakeholders.

Leidinggeven

  • Aansturen, coachen en begeleiden van een team van transportplanners.
  • Prioriteiten bepalen binnen de dagelijkse planning.
  • Creëren van structuur, efficiëntie en samenwerking binnen het team.
  • Initiëren van verbeterprojecten en procesoptimalisaties.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor logistieke vraagstukken.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor denkniveau, bij voorkeur in logistiek, supply chain of een verwante richting.
  • Je hebt ervaring met exportdocumentatie, douaneformaliteiten en accijnswetgeving.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van internationale transportplanning en containerlogistiek.
  • Je kan terugblikken op relevante leidinggevende ervaring.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet mensen te motiveren.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en resultaatgericht.
  • Je behoudt het overzicht, ook onder tijdsdruk.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en denkt in oplossingen.
  • Je beschikt over sterke organisatorische vaardigheden.
