Bij Konnekt zijn we op zoek naar een Afdelingsverantwoordelijke Matrijzenmakerij voor een innovatie en internationaal actieve productieonderneming. Het bedrijf staat bekend om zijn technische expertise, kwalitatieve oplossingen en focus op continue verbetering.

In deze rol combineer je technische verantwoordelijkheid met het coachen van een team en het coördineren van technische projecten. Ben jij een ingenieur met ervaring binnen spuitgieten of matrijzenbouw en klaar voor een volgende uitdaging? Dan is dit een mooie opportuniteit.

Functieomschrijving

  • Aansturen en coachen van een team van gereedschapsmakers, waarbij je fungeert als technisch aanspreekpunt en de dagelijkse werking op de werkvloer opvolgt.
  • Coördineren van het onderhoud, herstel en de productie van matrijzen, inclusief het analyseren van technische problemen en het uitwerken van doeltreffende oplossingen.
  • Leiden en opvolgen van technische projecten van A tot Z en ondersteuning bieden aan engineering- en projectteams bij technische vraagstukken.
  • Nauw samenwerken met productie, onderhoud en engineering en optreden als technische rechterhand van het operationeel management om processen en prestaties continu te optimaliseren.
  • Je behaalde een masterdiploma industrieel ingenieur, met een sterke kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit en automatisatie.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een spuitgiet- en/of matrijzenomgeving en bent vertrouwd met de technische uitdagingen die hierbij komen kijken.
  • Je bent analytisch en oplossingsgericht, beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en weet een technisch team te coachen, motiveren en mee te nemen in verbetertrajecten.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, hebt een goede kennis van het Engels en voelt je thuis in een projectmatige en producitegerichte omgeving.
