Manpower is specialist in de rekrutering van bedienden en arbeiders voor de KMO markt in onze regio. Wij bieden je uitzendwerk aan of vaste jobs voor onmiddellijke indiensttreding. Telkens weer gaan we voluit voor de ‘perfecte match’ tussen werkgever en sollicitant.

Voor een supermarkt in de regio Sint-Truiden zijn wij op zoek naar een afdelingsverantwoordelijke. Heb jij ervaring binnen retail en haal je energie uit het aansturen van een team? Ben je organisatorisch sterk en steek je zelf graag de handen uit de mouwen? Dan is deze functie misschien iets voor jou.

Jobomschrijving

Wat ga jij doen als afdelingsverantwoordelijke?

  • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van medewerkers
  • Organiseren en verdelen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden
  • Aanvullen van de winkel en toezien op een verzorgde presentatie
  • Ondersteunen aan de kassa waar nodig
  • Opmaken en opvolgen van bestellingen
  • Bewaken van de voorraad en opvolgen van tekorten
  • Zorgen voor orde en netheid in de winkel, het magazijn en de afdeling
  • Controleren en opvolgen van prijzen, etiketten en promoties
  • Toezien op de naleving van HACCP-, hygiëne- en voedselveiligheidsvoorschriften
  • Opvolgen van houdbaarheidsdata en productkwaliteit
  • Klanten professioneel verder helpen en oplossingen bieden waar nodig
  • Openen en sluiten van de winkel
  • Signaleren van problemen en rapporteren aan de winkelverantwoordelijke
  • Actief meewerken op de werkvloer

Ben jij de afdelingsverantwoordelijke die wij zoeken?

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen retail of een gelijkaardige omgeving
  • Je beschikt over leidinggevende vaardigheden
  • Je bent klantgericht en communicatief sterk
  • Je kan goed organiseren en prioriteiten stellen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en verantwoordelijk
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en steekt graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands
